Australian men are notorious for their ‘it’ll be right’ attitude and delaying seeking medical attention. When your blokes turn up sick or injured, their performance suffers. A reduction in time spent sitting and an increase in physical activity, even non-sweaty low intensity activity such as standing or walking, can play a major role in improving their health.
